Monday morning commuters were met with an unusual sight: a car stuck on the tracks of Charlotte’s light rail. The Charlotte Area Transit System first acknowledged the incident at 4:17 a.m. CATS later posted an update at 9:39 a.m., saying normal operations had resumed.
